Hello fellow Y&R fans:
I wanted to introduce myself to you, as I do not of yet have a picture to put on my space. My name is Jacki and I live in middle America in what we hicks call "Boo-Foo America", otherwise known as Nebraska.

I have been married for 30 years now, and we have two teenage daughters. Am I on Prozac? Probably should be! Our girls are 16 and 18. The oldest one wants to be a Veterinarian, and has a great start with almost 6 years experience so far working at a really great clinic, from a very early age. She will finish high school this month. The youngest one practically has a mathematical engineers degree and is just a great whiz at it. What does she want to be? A cosmetologists. WWWHHHYYY??? Am I on Prozac ? Either way they are both really great and really special girls. A real pride to both of us. I guess we are really lucky too because they are both very close. Great kids!!

I started watching the Young and the Restless since the very first day. I really enjoy the show. Some of my favorite characters are the ones that have been on the longest. However I am not opposed to new characters coming on. I have to admit that I do hate when they change them again and again, and if you have read some of my postings you will see that I am very vocal about changing some of them. For instants we have had to swallow at least 5 Victoria's so why not another one now when our current one is unable to come back to us. But I have to admit that I was recently corrected that it would be nice to see Amelia come back and wake up to JT and Reed. OK... I agree. But my patents is running thin already. LOL

I work in the winter months at a large hotel as night auditor so I am on the computer late at night. I seem to stick to the same sites and see alot of you out there. I like that too because I can get used to what you all think. I love that they offer this site to air our opinions of the show, although I hate when they do something without asking my personal opinion. LOL Again I ask, AM I ON PROZAC? I have had to get used to that fact for 32 years now right? Well I am working on that.

So far I am really enjoying the site and love the emails I have received from those of you who have contacted me. Keep up your great postings and I will hopefully get to know you all better. I love to read about your opinions and love how we often agree. I just wonder why the writers do not just let us run the show. Some of us would do a great job. And look how many years experience some of us have. I also look forward to meeting more of you, and cheers to all of you fellow fans in 2008.
