Devon Hamilton entered Genoa City as a juvenile delinquent. He was sentenced to do community service at the Genoa City Rec Center, where he met Lily Winters. After time, Lily's parents, Neil and Drucilla, became attached to Devon and eventually adopted him. Devon has turned his life around and has even held a junior executive possision at Newman Enterprises. In 2008, Devon's estranged aunt Tyra came to town with her daughter, Ana. It was later revealed that Ana was actually Devon's sister, and that Tyra had been taking care of her her whole life. Devon and Ana's mother, Yolanda, filed a missing child's report, which resulted in Ana being taken away from Tyra and placed in foster care. After much fighting, Neil and his new wife, Karen, have taken Ana in as a foster child and hope to adopt her...despite Tyra's disapproval.
