Jeffrey is the twin brother of William Bardwell. He appeared on August 7, 2007 during his brother, William's, wake, much to the surprise of his new wife Gloria. He was recently trying to figure out why his brother, William, sent him a box, with a sample of the 'Jabot Cream' and a message stating "Even after I die, don't let her get away with it". After some further investigating, Jeffrey discovered that William had been referring to Gloria who had tampered with a batch of cream made at Jabot Cosmetics that resulted in some being burned and one woman dying (which may have also been caused by food poisoning). Jeffrey then threatened to turn Gloria in to the police if she did not marry him so that he would receive the inheritance that William left Gloria and the the money she would also inherit from her other late husband John Abbott. Gloria reluctantly agreed and the two went to Vegas and got married.
