Paul discovers that David's 3rd wife used to work with David at Granville Global where Neil worked so he goes and asks Neil about her. He remembers nothing but tells Paul he does not trust David Chow. When Paul arrived at Newman Neil and Adam were in Neil's office and Adam wants to know why he's there. Neil says he's handling it and Adam asks if he's sure he doesn't want him to stick around to help. Neil says no he doesn't. Her name is Elizabeth Bitsy Hartford. Very wealthy woman. Or was. Adam is outside the door listening to this entire conversation.

David is shown getting into Nikki's purse and she comes looking for it just as he put it back. David tries to add Nikki to his credit card and increase his credit card limit since he's adding her and without talking to Nikki the bank won't do it. Then David tries to get the bank to agree on him coming in an picking up some loan application papers and having Nikki sign them and him bring them back since Nikki Newman is a busy woman. Could they make an exception. The bank says no and you can't be too careful. David agrees but you can tell her sure doesn't believe it at this moment. He's one of the people they are trying to protect Nikki from.

Skye calls Adam and she's on vacation. Adam says should I thank David Chow for you for this vacation. He tells her he hasn't told Nikki he's holding that information until the right moment.

Nikki asks Heather to cover for Elliot an employee who's daughter has just been diagnosed with arthritis. To look over his work load and make sure nothing is behind or pending that she needs to deal with. Later Heather calls Nikki and asks her if she's coming back to the office. Nikki says no is there something that can't wait and Heather explains there is a problem that needs her to read some paper right away.

Victor had ask Neil to keep an eye on Adam which he has been doing. Adam has been cocky with Neil all day demanding that Neil write a memo after he summarizes some marketing. He tells Neil he suggests that what he does while he handles Charlie on this conference call. Neil warned him Charlie could be gruff. He could smooth him over if he wanted him to set in on it. Adam says no. So later Adam comes back and mentions the memo again and Neil had already called Victor and ask if he needed a memo on that and Victor said show me later. Neil had no intention of doing the memo but he doesn't tell Adam that. Later Adam tells Neil you know it's interesting being the new guy at a company. Just when you think you have the system down it goes and changes on you. Neil asks Adam if he's referring to himself. Neil asks Adam if they never taught him how to be flexible at Harvard. He said that wasn't on is curriculum. Neil says too bad was there something else? Adam asks Neil if JT does all the security for Newman what Paul Williams would need to be doing there. Neil tells Adam that is a as needed to know Question and you (Adam) my friend don't need to know. Adam asks Neil if he's sure he has it figured out and if he's informed Victor. Neil asks Adam if there is anything else. Adam says no just that memo. Neil says oh yes the memo. Well when he gets a chance he'll make sure there is a memo. Neil tells Adam sorry I need to get back to work. Adam says thank you buddy. taps him on the shoulder and says appreciate that. If looks could kill Adam would be dead. Neil is so onto Adam. After Neil talked to Victor and Victor told him Adam was very smart and very young and ask him to stay on top of Adam, he hung up and said out loud, I just did. (By checking with Victor over a memo he knew Victor wouldn't want or need).

Victor has Lauren bring a rack of dresses for Sabrina to purchase some. A shopping spree at home. Sabrina is not impressed. First she is very busy and second she wants Victor to know she loves him for him not for what he gives to her and she doesn't want to lose who she is. She insists that could happen even though Victor says it won't. Sabrina put her foot down and said no way. She'd take one purse (bag) and she does. Lauren tells Victor she is good on the inside and out. Most women would have jumped at the chance. He says he knows and he thanks her. I think this might have been a test by Victor and if it was Sabrina passed with more than flying colors. She impressed Lauren and Victor. Lauren tells Victor she is very happy for him.

Victoria tells Brad that she don't think it's good business to date the new employees to climb the corporate ladder. Brad and her banter back and forth about Heather and he says it's not dating it's counsel. Victoria tells Brad she knows his M/O dinner, after dinner drinks and breakfast in bed. Brad wants to know when it became company policy for all prospective dates to get run by her.

Adam tells Neil that Charlie was a real bear and why do they keep him around. Neil tells Adam he needs to study his sales records and suggests to Adam that he study the history of Newman as well before he just decides more or less. Later Neil calls Victoria about an audit she had ordered on this company that Adam bought. Victoria confesses to Neil that she ordered the audit more or less for an in your face Adam type thing. Neil is troubled and Victoria realizes this and asks Victoria if she will get on a conference call and verify the information with legal. So she does and Neil gets an 88 page report. Victoria asks him again, Neil I know you are troubled just tells me. He tells her to come back on board so he can share with her. They hang up and Neil takes one look at the report and says Oh No.

Paul and JT decide to call the company where David's 3rd ex-wife worked and see if they will patch JT though long enough that they can trace the call. JT had already looked in the Newman Records for her new address and came up empty and so they tried this. JT did get put through to the 3rd Mrs. Chow but she got rid of him quickly and hung up. But not before Paul got the area code and prefix. She is in Bermuda. A very good lead. ]

Brad finds out from Andy the bookie that David is not betting. Brad says you mean to tell me David Chow has gone cold turkey. Brad finds David and harasses him some more about the money and keeps bringing Nikki and her money into the conversation and David blows up and tells Brad to stop using Nikki and to leave her out of it. Brad says OK was just trying to add a little humor to a stressful situation. He asks David to a friendly low stakes no stress game with some beers but David says no thanks. And Brad asks if he's sure and tells him we'll do it another time.

Victoria and Nikki see the bag that Victor bought for her. Talk about it like they know it's costly. They think that Sabrina is very naive and doesn't know what she's in for . What they don't know is the story behind Sabrina refusing to get anything but that bag and she held her ground with Victor and said that was enough for today. They are the ones who might get a rude awakening. Victoria did speak to Sabrina first but she told Sabrina not to let them keep her once she said she had a meeting to attend.

Adam stops by Victoria's table when he sees her sitting there with Nikki. He assures her that BON is well taken care of. Victoria tells him she sleeps better at night knowing that. They make small talk and Adam says it's keen that things are so good for her at Jabot. Victoria says yes they are peachy keen Adam.

Neil goes to Victor and tells him there is a problem with Natural Glow that Adam bought. Unfortunately he moved too quickly. Neil said it had something to do with due diligence and patents and their was a lawsuit that was attached. Victor says so we assumed the part of defendant and Neil says yes. Victor says who is the Plaintiff and Neil informs him it's their good friends at Jabot.
