Lily tells Chloe that she had a wonderful experience and time in LA. She's ready for the next project. It is obvious she is avoiding Cane and Cane realizes that. She finally admits that to Cane and he asks if they can meet later and just talk. They go to their meeting place and Lily is greeted with flowers and what appears to be a very romantic setting. She tells Cane she's not ready and he tells her that's not what this is about. Lily says she is ready to move on. She's had sadness for a year. She wants her life back school, work everything. Cane and her agree to date and start over.
Colleen talks to Kevin and tells him what she's done. She's given an advanced copy of the book to Brad. Kevin says they need to talk to Michael to stop the publication of this book. Colleen says she needs more time. Brad is shown starting to read the book. Kevin is worried that Jena will suffer public humiliation or possibly be arrested. Colleen finally tells Adrian that she gave Brad an advanced copy of the book. Adrian is livid. Adrian says it's breach of trust. He tells her that she gave him the go-ahead. He ask her do you have any reservations and you said no. Now what is he supposed to do. He tells her how immature she is. She says she cares about your family. Adrian says she's using that to diminish her own betrayal. Trying to have a logical conversation with her is a waste of breath. Colleen was right when she told Lily she feared hurting her family or losing her boyfriend.
Adam is moving into Victoria's old office. He seems upset when the movers are going to take the baby furniture and attempts to stop them. The mover says It thought you wanted it gone. Adam finally tells him to take it. Later he talks to Victor and is troubled. He tells Victor moving into her office makes it feel like she won't be back.It feels wrong. Adam says he feels like Victoria is definitely an asset. Victor says when someone gives their notice and leaves him he doesn't want them back. They discuss Hope and Adam says she would not like what has happened. Victor explains to Adam that his feeling that his behavior affected Victoria's decision comes from his Mother. But his competitive nature comes from his Father. More Ruthless. Adam seems to be thinking this one over. Later Victor is in the process of asking Adam to move into the ranch. Sabrina barges in like always and he tells her he'll be right with her. He tells Adam that his wife is gone and his children and it will give them time to get to know one another better. Adam says thank you and he'd think about his offer.
Jena accepts Sabrina's job offer and asks Sabrina what Victor Newman is like. Sabrina says he's reasonable, fair-minded and kind.
Sabrina and Victor have many scenes together today mostly on purchasing art. Two new pieces and the rest of the time they are kissing and Victor is telling Sabrina how adorable she is.
Victoria spends her first day at Newman. Nikki's says it's a new chapter in her life. Victoria says yes Chapter one How the Mother/Daughter teamed up to bury the Father's business. Nikki looks a little perplexed at that idea. Later Victoria and Brad are working on quarterly reports and tells Brad she won't be using inside information from Newman at Jabot. Brad says he would not expect any less from Victoria. This was after Brad said you could do illegal things if you didn't get caught.
Jill welcomes Victoria to Newman and Victoria has a new idea right away. Victoria offers it's an Eco-friendly product line. Jill says she'd like to hear more about it.Her and Brad discuss it later and Brad mocks it saying this one and the thousand more that are out there. Jill also tells Brad to just keep doing what's he's been doing and working on. Later David adds to Victoria's idea by saying that he has a movie producer friend then corrects himself and says he's from his Vegas connection. He wants to have Fresh Faces sponsor the opening and Premier. Victoria adds they could increase their prices and donate that increase to charity. As a team they come up with this great plan and Nikki says they have one month to pull it off. Later David tells Nikki that the script was sent PDF to her email. He thinks they should send Lily to the Premier. Someone calls and David says Nikki will sign off on that right away. Nikki looks at David adoringly and says you are right about love. She wants to set the Wedding date for a big gorgeous wedding. Later David is on the phone and Nikki walks in thinking it's business. David tells her the Colonnade Room has a cancellation on August 17th. She tells David that's where she married Victor and David says OK then not there. Nikki says no it's a beautiful place for a wedding and David tells the person on the phone they will take the date. So the wedding is set. Victoria walks in and Nikki is excited and shares this information with Victoria. She is shocked but forces a smile.
Lily runs into Dru's old dance instructor and Lily tells her about the baby. She says that hurts her heart. She tells Lily she will bend but she won't break she is like her Mother. Lily says she doesn't feel that way sometimes. She tells her that because she feels that way that makes it so. She tells her she is like her Mother and tells her to come and take lessons if she wants. Lily says she don't dance. She says this is not about dancing it's about living.
Brad over hears David on a roll on the phone to his bookie. Brad picks up the phone and calls the same bookie and says I hear our boy is on a roll. I have twenty five grand for anyone who can get David to bet big on the short loser. Later Brad tells David that he knows he told him not to worry about the money he borrowed but given his history he thinks they need to have an installment agreement. David says OK whatever you need. So they agree to start this week.
Kevin questions Jena on why she lied to him about her horoscope. She says it's because she was applying for a job. She tells Kevin about being offered the Assistant Curator position at the Newman Art Center. Kevin is very happy for her once he realizes this job is in town and Jena won't be leaving town or him. Later she goes by the Newman Art Center and tells Sabrina she accepts the job.
Victor tells Sabrina he wants the piece of art that they had borrowed for two days. Sabrina says if you want something you just go after it. Victor shares you know it's right in your heart. Sabrina shares with Victor that she's now bought two new pieces of art in a short period of time. Victor is thrilled for her and the job she is doing. Says more mushy stuff and more kissing.

I was happy that Cane and Lily talked today. It was obvious she was doding him and I am glad she was honest and told him she had been avoiding him and shared her feelings with him. Cane said he was glad to know he wasn't paranoid. He handled it well like always. She told Cane he reminds her of something that she wants to forget. She is over it now. Cane suggested they go some where and just talk later. He had the room decorated nicely and Lily confessed she wasn't ready for...well you know and Cane assured her that's not what it was about. I think they agreed to start over today with dating and taking it from here and I was happy to see this strong couple, working through it. Another A+ day for Cane and Lily I think.

Do you think Adam has a heart or is he milking Victor? He did seem really troubled to me today when they went to move out the baby furntiure. He had nobody watching him, nobody to perform for or to impress. So I'm wondering if those feelings of guilty he's having are genuine and he really has a heart or if it's a llittle game he plays with himself and others. I really can't read this guy. He said his Mother woudl be appauled if she knew Adam's behavior had influenced Victoria's decision. I mean he convinced me he was on the level today. I know I'll be sorry tomorrow. LOL Any thoughts on what is going on with Adam? Oh and now Dad's ask him to move to the ranch. I'm sure he'll say yes, other wise we'd have less drama. Looks like times are a changing at the Newman Ranch. Victor, Sabrina, Adam and well the way Victor and Sabrina carry on, baby could make four. That would be a kick if all of a sudden the vasectomy fails and Sabrina could give Victor a new daughter. He has a son in Adam so hey he's right back where he started 30 years ago. A young wife, a son and a daughter in the shoot. ( I know Victoria was born first a little out of order). I know it's insane but anything can happen.....

I don't mean to sound paranoid but does it bother anyone else that Sabrina always walks in right when something is going down? Today she walked right in when Victor was asking Adam to move to the ranch and right after he talked to Adam about having both his Mother and Father in him. I swear she is lurking around corners listening to everything and making sure that her presence is known. It just seems very mysterious to me that this happens all the time. Once or twice OK. But it just seems like it's everytime. I'm sure it's just a coincidence but it sure bothers me this keeps happening.

When Lilly came in excited to tell Cloe how wonderful her trip was..She made a point in saying 2 dresses were TOO big and had to be altered on the spot...I think since Lilly just wants her "life back" and is trying so hard to be happy again, she may turn down a wrong path....She may take those pills from Cloe next time she offers...I hope I'm wrong but I see it going bad :(

Colleen sure has made herself a great big old mess. I think she lost Adrian today and what a jerk he can be. Yes she did do what he said she did. But I thought the way he talked to her today was not very nice. I mean come on Adrian it's her family. I know you have visions of all this money you are going to make and she's putting a kink in it but you could be a little nicer and have an adult conversation with her. You had no compassion or sympathy for her and you say she's immature and having a logical conversation with her is a waste of time? Well this is the same little immature girl that helped you write this book. So you can't have it both ways. I realize Adrian can't just give up the book but he could be supportive of her feelings and comforting and reassure her they could get through this if he really cared about her. I was shocked that nice guy Adrian was such a chump today.
