| Fascinating facts: -- i would like to point out an interesting fact about Peter Bergman, if Peter is reading this, please accept this as a compliment. i wonder if u realize how much you look so much like a late well know actor: Fred MacMurray? One day as i was watching the show, w/ close up shots of peter/jack, in a scene, it suddenly hit me, that looking at you made me think of Fred MacMurray. u 2 could pass for kin, having some family connections along the lines somewhere, and if a movie to protray Mr. Fred MacMurray's life story, u, Peter would b the perfect canidate to play Fred. i do hope u take this as a lovely compliment, as just like u, Peter, Fred was a good actor, and well known n roles like: the dad n "My Three Sons"; the orginial movie; "Shaggy Dog" and many other great classic movies. I remember when u, Peter, came on board at Y & R, to take over the role of "Jack Abbott"; and have done a fine job. keep it going. -- Peter Bergman is a talented actor. He's by far my favorite actor. While having dinner at an Studio City, Ca restaurant named Chin Chins, Bergman was seated next to me with his darling wife and handsome boys. He couldn't have been kinder. What a class act. --it is always good to hear when the performers are of good nature. this where i find reading some those soap digest, magazines, as this often protrays their real self when they aren't being their character. also there was a show on cable channel, E. that had soap talk where u also got to see the stars as themselves. this help feel good about the performers and their characters, help separate true to fictional side of them. from real life and just tv stuff. thanks for this spot where we can intereact w/ one another and hope the stars themselves peek n time to time to pass messages along to them as well. c u all again on mon, as the suspense of the explosion continues. |
Television: I remember Peter Bergman as Cliff on AMC in the late 1970s early 1980s?! He was a handsome young doctor who fell in love with and married Nina...his former patient and heiress. He's a great actor...loved him as Cliff, a very kind young man, and I love as Jack, the sometimes not so kind but means well go getter.

Jack is my fav male character! i think everyone should just leave him alone he sees right thru gloria and no that trashy woman was after john for his money and maybe they feel in love or John just was lonely she deserves nothing... Jack is too go for Sharon he's apologize to her for things he did before he was even attracted to Sharon besides everything she did while she was with Jack! i think jack belongs with Phyllis they were the best couple and only thing that got in the way from them getting back together was her sleeping with nick. The truth is going to come out about Summer being Jack baby and they just need to get back together and have that relationship that we loved to watch. Thanks for listening "YnRjunkie"

Why does it take so many people to take Jack on? There's the "almighty" Victor, Micheal, Kevin, and Gloria. And why do people start to get on Jack's case when he starts to conduct his affairs the way Victor does? Jack should take them all on and bring them down HARD! Especially Gloria and her sons! Because they're responsible for many of Jack's griefs, it's time for Jack to start fighting back! and not reacting! He's a Senator now, let him use his new power and authority to bring all of those who oppose him to justice! or to make those people's lives very difficult!

jack is a dummy that never seems to learn anything from his
experiances.even his dead dad has more sense.however when he puts on that littleboy lost expression i melt and feel sorry for him.

I think Jacks character is suppossed to be evil but Peter is such a good actor that he lets us see the loving side of Jack.He is also without a doubt the best dressed man on television.he always looks great.he gets my best dressed award.
