Yet we are supposed to be watching them on tv, and u know they want us watching every day. So why don't they promote watching it some? Lily and Cane used to watch a movie now and again. "lol, that would be great, I loved the Carol Burnett show. I remember the over-the-top dramatic music & facial expressions of the cast, priceless. Wouldn't it be great if the actual cast of the Y & R could do a spoof of their own show- they're a great bunch of talented actors & likely have the sense of humour to not only pull it off but have a lot of fun doing it- even let the cast help write each others' parts.

I think the reason they're all so dressed up is the same reason most of them are rich & gorgeous, is because it's meant to be a 'guilty pleasure' / escapism kind of reality, not everyday reality. I don't walk around in evening wear & heels all day myself but then I don't have kids off at boarding school, husbands returning from the dead, or a judge ordering me to share my mansion with a couple of lunatics. I love the un-reality of it actually, even though I def look like crap compared to the women of Genoa City, it's a guilty pleasure for sure. "
