Who will win this dueling fight to the finish? It's Abbott the Man vs. Newman the Machine. My vote is for the one that says "You Got That?!!" 2  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?

Well...lets see...if we go with the writers on this, then Victor will always win and for reasons I have no idea why. Ever since Victor kept Michael in his freaky hidden jail cell(and tortured him) to keep him away from Julia...well, I guess I hold a grudge, cause there is nothing good that Victor can do in my eyes. At least Jack hasn't been so devious has he? This Abbott needs a break...seems he's always getting it and I find it tiring...and if he does get something, he doesn't seem to keep it for long. It's very tiring seeing that happen to Jack year after year time after time...since they pit Jack against Victor.
I just fast forward through any Jack / Vic stylines as after 30 odd years, I find this styline dull. I had hoped John would have brought Jabot on top...but if I remember correctly John, at least, got one good right hook on Victor a while back...that kept me happy for a while.

when they have their little verbal duels is my favorite. Sometimes that is the best dialoge the writers ever come up with . Not just with these two ,but others too.Chloe is pretty quick on her feet. Dru and Phil were good too. Dru used to write or rewrite alot of her scripts. Do you find this valuable?

I wholeheartedly agree with you chasengrace... It is dull watching Victor win continually. Its also an insult to the character of Jack who is suppose to be an intelligent businessman. Why didnt the writers let him get his father's company back.. The do a great disservice to the character of Jack especially in regard to the weak plots and s/l 1  out of 1 found this valuable.
