"I wonder if those of you who dont like the Gloria storyline just dont like Gloria and no matter what she was up to you probably wouldnt like it. I respect your right not to like Gloria and having said that I have to admit I realy like Judith Chapman so almost anything they have her do is pretty much ok with me. As for the tainted cream affair if we can call it that, I also wonder if the actual law is not what is keeping the show from doing anything about Gloria. First of all It was never proven that the woman who died died because of the tainted cream, because she had a pre-exsisting condition. Secondly, Gloria did not know this woman and so intent could never be proven since there was no intent to begin with. The worse thing she could be charged with and maybe convicted (because Micheal would be her lawyer) is sabotaging a product. That is definetly illegal but its not murder and there is a possiblility she would get away with it because of extenuating circumstance.. The extenuating circumstances being that she never meant to have the tainted cream go out on the market. of course this would have to be proven. As TV court room drama goes this would make a tedious case at best and it is quite possible that she would never be charged because so many things couldnt be proven. If justic is what you are all looking for I believe it has been served. Justice is not always handled in the courts. Gloria has lost 2 husbands, all her money, was thrown out of the Abbot mansion. is living in a pool house and has lost her job. Really how much more can they do to her? I think she has payed. I believe that the only thing that needs to happen now is for the writers to put this behind us and let us all get on with some new story lines. I agree with all of you this is getting to be a very tired subject. let us put an end to it."

"I'm just tired of the whole storyline because it's gone on for too long. I, too, think that Judith Chapman is an excellent actress and could not imagine anyone else playing Gloria because she has made the role her own. I would like to see Gloria and Jeffrey get together and be done with all of this. I don't like Alistair and feel that this character is an insult to John Abbott. Writers, please end this absurd storyline!!!!!"

"another thing too I think its about time that they gave Gloria a storyline that is more befitting her age. She gets into too much trouble and I dont think most women that age usually behave so imaturely. A more mature Gloria who isnt in a new kettle of hot water every five minutes could be just as interesting if it was done right. and yes she doesnt need to take up all the air time on the show. I realy loved seeing Cane and Lilly today and also Michael and Lauren, I was annoyed that Jack called Michael. So what if she and John went skinny dipping. you think its disgusting then dont look. She is in the pool house and Noah is at camp. thats another thing I dont like. When Gloria is wrong she's wrong and when she's ok she is still wrong. I personally think that the skinny dipping was embarassing and juvenile but for Jack and Sharon to react the way they did was ridiculous in view of the fact they have done so much worse. jmo."
