"I get aggravated sometimes with the s/l's & tired of the things they let happen but over the long haul I don't think I could boycott Y&R. You might say I'm not that dissatisfied. I love all the characters even the ones I bitch about, because they all contribute to the show. U have to take the good with the bad. Since the strike is over now & we have different writers I think we will see much improvement. I think they are trying to wind up the Gloria thing although its rather funny right now & pretty far out but I think its coming to an end soon. I agree with u about Cane being an executive that isn't very realistic. Things like that sort of test my patience. But in trying times u hang on & usaualy it gets better. I really think it will given a little more time."

"Hey, I hear ya! I've even gotten off my big fat bazoo and written to the producers about storylines, casting decisions and the firing of Don Diamont, to name a few of my pet peeves. In the old days, you used to get letters back, the it was you'd get form letters back, thanking you for your interest in the show. Now, you don't get a danged thing! Nada. Zip. Zilch. Bupkis. Basically, they're telling us, take it or leave it.

I do know one thing, though. In numbers there is strength. I am a political animal and have worked on many campaigns over the years. I can tell you that a well organized letterwriting campaign yields results. It makes a difference. You'd be surprised."
