Is this the count down to Victor's Departure?

Today was quite refreshing watching the overview of Victor beginning and all the defining moments of his life with his family, friends, and business partners. I begin to remember all the other charaers from years ago, like Colonel Austin wow, Catherine when she was younger and Victors first wife Julia. The guy he made a prison cell for trying to rescue Julia. She wasnt even allowed to leave the house he was so possessive and jealous. I give Nikki her propps for knowing him far better than an woman he has ever married or have other children with him. She has been through hell in the past but I believe she will appreciate him more. Thanks for the memories.

it sounds like victor is leaving the show. It was really neat to see all the way back to the first year. I loved it whenhe put Julia boyfriend in the basement. he sure has had alot of women! It will be strange with him gone.

It will be strange with him gone."Just to let you know, he has signed a new contract and is not leaving the show. I like the old clips but the Victor back then seemed worse and less dimensional. He was only supposed to do a very short term role when he signed but the fans like him. Do you find this valuable? |

Aquarius 1970 I am fully aware of Victors contract and he will be leaving the show until nex t year. I believe we are all concerning about the storyline and how they will present his departure for now. At least they didnt kill him off. When he will be returning is a big mystery and is not public information. I enjoyed the way they put the clips together over the years. Lets stay on task and focused on the events of the show not with the politics of money salaries and network decisions and protocol. We will never be able to figure them out even if we worked with them. They change like the weather.

They change like the weather."i think she was replying to marykay's post who was not aware that victor had decided to stay with the show. i enjoyed that episode too...my husband has been making fun of me and the show ever since he happened to be home for the scene where victor had julia's friend caged in his basement...lol...he never lets me forget. jack was (and still is) soooooo handsome! nikki had that "little girl" voice back then. i love the flashbacks. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Isn't it interesting how many of the key actors are still on the show? Did you smile when you saw how much eyebrow plucking is done nowadays, compared to a couple of decades ago? Ashley, Victor, and especially Jack! I thought it was only me who secretly attacked my husband's bushy brows with the nearest instrument. Do you find this valuable? |

Just to add, the clue that I was not talking to you, was the post I quoted above my post. I think it best to know what you are talking about before being so mealy mouthed toward me. And for your info, Eric Braeden signed a 3 year contract with the show, so he will not be leaving next year. LOL

Aquarius 1970 I started this thread and the response was not appropriate. Maybe you should start your comments on another page. The comments were directed to the question only. Nothing personal but I wouldnt respond to anyone in that manner. My comments response was for MaryKay and for the record "Nogreatmischief" reply was very appropriate. It was very inappropriate to leave this emotional garbage on this thread. Just to set the record straight. This is not "Gone with the Wind" Maybe you should try out for one of the parts (maybe Gloria)on the show not on the site. A lady with integrity and class wouldnt need to apologize, act or speak in that manner.

He will be returning sometime in the early part of 2010. His departure is only temporary for his commitment to Sony pictures. The information on this thread should have very reliable sources not gossip and concrete credibility to keep our viewers informed. The Soap Digest and CBS Soaps publications are old information by release dates and most is public knowledge. Thank you for your discretion.

Back in the 70 and 80's was the era of big hair and bushy eyebrows, I was living in Europe at the time. They look like caterpillars. Europeans are more extreme in makeup and fashion than we are. You could only imagine, especially the models. Notice too no one had weight problems and so diet conscious. Now everything is a pill pharmceuticals pushed like junkies, botox and airbrish all body parts. Leave that thought to your own imagination. All these germophobics, I remember in the 60s we all played hop scotch, jacks, spent all day outside playing in the dirt, rode bikes and no one had accidents and died from every little germ.

You are very immature and some sick sort of way acting out to get attention. I am only replying to people of interest in the storyline. You need therapy seriouslly. This is not the place for this. I will be contacting the owners of the site and report this incident. I dont know you and wouldnt want to. Do you control all your so call friends like this? Obviously your circle is too small if you are the only one applausing. Very shallow and almost pathetic! Dont bother replying or responding. You will be contacted!

The name of this thread is is this the countdown to Victor's departure and he is did his last day on the day that this thread was started. Anyway, isn't it great that he signed a 3 year contract (Eric). We will have 3 more years of watching Victor and Adam kick some butt, and then we will hate them. But that is what makes both of them interesting, do you think, my Maria? Do you find this valuable? |
